Secretary Defence visits the Ipoalogama housing scheme

The Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Public security Law and Order Gotabaya Rajapaksa visited the Ipalogama Housing scheme in Anuradhapura built for the soldiers and urged those in charge of the construction to finish the project rapidly yesterday (26). The ‘ Api Venuwen Api ’ fund is financing the constructions of this housing scheme, defence ministry sources said.

The Government is being taking a lot of schemes to pay gratitude to brave soldiers who are tirelessly defeating the terrorism in the country for the past three decades.

The housing scheme is now under its final stage of construction and the Sri Lanka Navy is currently in charge of building, sources added.
